Hays Technology are currently partnered with a well-established Energy Client to appoint an experienced Enterprise Solutions Test Lead to a 12-month contract.

**Your new role**

As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for the coordination and leadership of the test capability within the ICT Enterprise Solutions team. You will also be responsible to optimise the use of resources to deliver required QA services. The purpose is to ensure quality outcomes for all projects and system changes delivered via this team, using best practice and consistent methods.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include:

- Implement Test Framework and required controls across projects and Enterprise solutions team.
- Develop risk-based test (RBT) Analysis process and assist Projects and operational teams to implement
- Ensure clear documentation is available to support consistency and enable self-service within the Enterprise solutions team and projects
- Assist Project teams with the implementation of Test Frameworks, conducting testing activities where required
- Work with Enterprise solution teams (operational, projects and the Project Management Office) to integrate Test and Quality Assurance Framework into standard processes

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- It is expected that an incumbent would gain the required level of experience over more than eight years, with at least three years in a test leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing QA framework utilisation and deployment in a complex environment.
- Proven experience of working in agile, waterfall and test-driven methodologies and associated tools
- Demonstrated expertise in guiding project teams and providing test metrics
