We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Doncaster East, Victoria on a fixed term, full-time basis to cover a 12-month maternity leave.
This role is perfect for someone with proven leadership capability, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving both team performance and excellent clinical outcomes.
**What you’ll do**:

- Lead by example and support a culture of engagement and collaboration
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively manage day-to-day activities
- Prioritise tasks effectively while balancing multiple demands
- Build strong, professional working relationships across teams
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Take initiative and lead independently to achieve team goals
- Be a confident and driven leader who supports continuous improvement

**Who you are**:

- Experienced in the healthcare industry
- Confident in delivering exceptional customer service and team support
- Calm, efficient, and professional in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Familiar with medical terminology and clinical software (preferred)
- Flexible and willing to support across sites when required
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
