**About the role - Monday to Friday - 09.00 - 17.00 (Full time position - 76 hours per fortnight).**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Clinical Education Support Manager to support clinical governance and education support across Residential Facilities in Sydney.
- Provide clinical, quality management and continuous improvement advice
- Support Facilities/Services with accreditation visits as required
- Monitor completion of Facility/Service audits as per audit schedule, quality indicators across regional facilities or services
- Investigate critical incidents and report outcomes to the Regional Manager & Quality & Clinical Governance Manager
- Collaborate with the Quality Support Team & Learning and Development Team in the sourcing, development and implementation of Facility/Service specific education and training plans
- Provide staff clinical supervision/coaching, as directed by the Regional Manager, to ensure work is performed competently, within a legislative and ethical framework and supports the rights and interests of consumers

**About you**
- Current RN AHPRA registration
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or willing to undertake the study
- Knowledge in Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Demonstrable ACFI Funding & Documentation Experience
- A high level of computer literacy
- Current driver’s license
- Able to provide evidence of COVID 19 and Flu Vaccinations
