**Junior Receptionist/Office Admin Assistant (PM)**

Minic Property Group is seeking a motivated Junior Receptionist/Office Admin Assistant (PM) to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a great attitude and a passion for starting a career in Real Estate.
- No prior real estate experience is necessary, as training and support will be provided_.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the property management team, including preparing leases, letters, notices, and other documents. You will also be the first point of contact, handling incoming inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
- General admin duties, including preparation of leases, letters, and notices
- Managing and handling incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Supporting the property management team with various tasks
- Maintaining a professional corporate appearance
- Opportunity pathway to progress into Property Management

**About You**:

- Excellent communication and written skills
- WA Driver's License and vehicle (or in the process of obtaining)
- Real Estate Certificate IV (or willing to complete)
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Previous customer service or administration experience (preferred)
- Team player, career focused, and hard working (corporate attire required)
