**Phlebotomist | Pathology Collection | Camden**
**We have a position available at Camden, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **_Hands on venepuncture experience_** is essential for a minimum of 6 months unsupervised **not including placement hours**:
- Drug and alcohol testing is an advantage but not essential
- Collection of blood and other samples from patients
- Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors
- Processing of Pathology Specimens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clerical duties and basic IT skills
- High-level communication skills with colleagues and patients
- Ability to provide dedication to patient care
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Comply with Work Health and Safety
**You must be**:
- Eligible to work within Australia - Sponsorship is not available
- Possess a current driver’s licence and WWC Check
- Obtained a Cert 3 in Pathology Collection
- A clear and patient communicator
- **Experience in blood collection (at least 6 months in Australia)**:
- Have a positive attitude
- Have a passion for Pathology Collection
- **Have a flexible approach to work and availability and be prepared to be deployed at different locations**
