**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and hygienically.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with general tasks as required.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $42.13 per hour
