Coordinate services for Homecare/support at home clients in accordance with their care plan and as agreed on their budgets and care plan
- Liaise with third-party contractors such as allied health professionals, gardeners,
- Supervise staff, monitor progress notes, ad hoc reporting
- Rostering
- Carry out all administrative duties as needed
- Handle phone calls
- Complete monthly reporting requirements
- Client home visits
- Liaising with clients and staff regularly to gather feedback and recording data
- Assist with staff timesheets
- Organize and attend meetings
- Work closely with homecare manager to assist in preparation of compliance documentation and other requirements
- Carry out ad hoc duties as necessary

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Aged care: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
