**About the role**

We currently have an exciting and unique opportunity available for a Business Development Co-ordinator to join our Perth studio. This role will support the Arts, Culture & Sport sector nationally working with the Business Development Managers, Sector leader and teams across our key studios.

The primary focus of this role is to assist our business development team in driving lead generation and expanding the business as well as helping with the implementation of global business development programs.

The secondary purpose of this role is to lead the co-ordination of winning submissions and presentations across the Perth studio, as well as managing marketing collateral and business information (Salesforce).

This role supports the business development activities of the studio and wider company with the most current and engaging content that showcases our process and work and is an active participant in the Business Support and Business Development teams, contributing to a collaborative and proactive environment.

**About you**

We’d expect you would bring to this role:

- Business Development experience in professional services environment (minimum of 5 years)
- Strong skills in Adobe Suite package (particularly InDesign)
- Prior experience in producing high quality submissions
- Understanding or appreciation of the built environment is highly desirable but not essential
- Budget management capabilities
- CRM Database software skills (Salesforce)
- People skills essentials, (negotiation, influence and advocacy)
- Ability to write copy, preparing initial written content as well as review of written content for bids and collateral
- Demonstrated ability to communicate design ideas with a high level of expertise using a variety of digital technology
- Strong word processing competency and sound ability in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to think creatively and critically about how to create memorable and engaging materials for our clients
- Graphic Design support including design layout, infographics and diagrams etc
