We are looking for Mechanical and E&I Commissioning Technicians who will be responsible for complying with the instructions and requirements of Commissioning Plans and Procedures. This role also performs various duties associated with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading and required site commissioning for projects.

Balanced Mobile Machines (Reclaimers, Stackers, Shiploaders) commissioning experience highly desirable as is previous BHP experience.

The Commissioning Technicians shall contribute to effective technical and business outcomes, including:

- Complete commissioning documentation;
- Load (Wet) commissioning and running plant to full load capacity;
- Perform calibration and fault diagnosis of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic instruments and systems;
- Competent in reading engineering drawings (P&ID, ISO etc);
- Perform calibration and fault diagnosis of plant instrumentation such as transmitters, analysers, control valves, switches, relays etc;
- Understanding of Blue and Red line mark-up procedures on wiring diagrams, P&ID’s, panel drawings, single-line drawings and loop sheets;
- Manage and execute allocated project tasks;
- Walkdowns of systems and capturing punch list items;
- Commissioning of instruments including, ultrasonic, guided wave radar, mass flow, pressure transducers, RTDs, etc;
