Sydney- Investment Banking, Wealth Management- PermanentOur client is a leading FX broker seeking an entry level Operations and Payment Officer to join their North Sydney team on a full time basis.

This is a great junior financial markets opportunity paying up to $60k base salary.

**Responsibilities**:

- New Account opening / setup in Salesforce & ancillary systems
- Processing & reconciling of payments
- Production & ongoing maintenance of procedures
- System configuration of products and services
- Undertake internal & external reporting requirements
- Point of escalation for key stakeholders
- Stakeholder management & communication with service providers
- Daily execution of client payments utilising multiple banking interfaces
- Continuous improvement & project delivery
- Ensure compliance policies & procedures are followed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of foreign exchange, derivatives, margin FX, index & precious metals brokerage industry strongly preferred
- Dealings with on-line retail client platforms preferable
- Knowledge of TwoFour Platform preferable
- Knowledge of MT4 platform preferable
- Exposure to technology-based implementations preferable
- Degree qualified (Finance, Accounting or related discipline preferred)
