Rostering Clerk

Complete Care Team has a holistic and wellness model of attendant care for people with high support needs, providing a quality home base person-centered service.

We are currently seeking individuals to join the Complete Care Rostering team located at our Blaxland office in the lower Blue Mountains.

This is a full time role starting with a casual probationary period with the opportunity to move to permanent. The role involves rostering a large pool of attendant carers with our clients in QLD, across NSW and the ACT.

**Essential criteria**
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to identify and prioritise time sensitive tasks
- High level communication skills and be confident in communicating with language diverse staff and clients
- Excellent administration skills and professional telephone manner
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs and Turn Point

This role has been identified as a risk assessed role and as such a WWCC and NDIS worker check is required for the successful applicant.

Training in our processes will be provided, however applicants with 3+ years experience in rostering, in a similar industry, will be highly considered.

**Salary**: $32.57 - $34.69 per hour
