Our highly respected company was established in 1999 to provide a quality, home based person centered service to support our clients in meeting their goals.
We are currently seeking an experienced Rostering Clerk to join our friendly team at our Blaxland office in the lower Blue Mountains.
This is a full time role starting with a casual probationary period with the opportunity to move to permanent. The role involves rostering a large pool of attendant carers with our clients in QLD, across NSW and the ACT. The role does require taking the after hours phone as needed, however this is a shared responsibility.
**Essential criteria**
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to identify and prioritise time sensitive tasks
- High level communication skills and be confident in communicating with language diverse staff and clients
- Excellent administration skills and professional telephone manner
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs and Turn Point
This role has been identified as a risk assessed role and as such a WWCC and NDIS worker check is required for the successful applicant.
Training in our processes will be provided, however applicants with 3+ years experience in rostering, in a similar industry, will be highly considered.

**Salary**: $31.96 - $34.69 per hour
