Finance Officer

**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Finance Officer in the Payables team to step into a purchasing focused role.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

- Process purchasing requests
- Advance manage and safeguard Griffith University’s financial integrity and security.
- Investigate cases
- Provide advice and guidance on finance policies, systems, controls and processes
- Continually improve your financial, system and process knowledge
- Provide a high-quality colleague experience
- This is full time, fixed term (12 months) position based at the Griffith University _Nathan campus._

**Qualifications**:
In addition to the above, you will demonstrate:

- Intermediate practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and can identify when investigation is required
- Relatable experience from other areas desirable - eg data entry roles.

Additional Information
**Salary Range**
HEW Level 4 range $65,112 - $68,700 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $76,181 - $80,379 per annum.
