**How will I help?**

The role of a Connect Chat Banker is to service and fulfil banking needs of customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently on a range of general banking enquiries while achieving specific performance objectives aligned to the role.

As a Connect Chat Banker, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service primarily via a live chat to our St George and Westpac clients.

**What do I need?**
- Experience servicing complex customer enquiries in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills, able to provide complex solutions in written form and in a professional manner
- Solutions driven, able to provide appropriate solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Technically savvy and
- A self-starter and proactive professional, interested in starting a career in baking and finance

**To be successful in this role, you’ll be required to work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 6 PM. Penalty rates apply**
