Qantas Ground Services (QGS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas Airways and we’re responsible for providing ground handling services to the Qantas Group, including special assistance for Qantas customers.

As a Commissionaire you will assisting customers at the airport who require special assistance, this includes but not limited to pushing wheelchairs, driving the people mover, assisting less mobile passengers. You’ll also operate communication aids and computer equipment as required, including radios.

You’ll have
- The ability to work a 7 day rotating roster
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a physical role, working within a fast paced operational environment
- A passion for safety and working within OH&S guidelines at all times
- The ability to work all shifts in our dynamic 24 hour, 7 day a week, rotational shift roster (meaning shifts will vary from week to week)
- Phrases like_ “sure, I can do that” _and_ “how may I help you” _are part of your everyday vocabulary
- A current and valid provisional or full state or territory driver’s license
