**Join our team of experienced content designers to help shape how Australia thinks about energy and internet**

**About the role**:
Join a well established content design team, bringing Origin’s content strategy to life across digital, app, voice, social, brand communications and more.

Leading the service arm of our Broadband stream, you’ll reimagine what the onboarding and support journeys look like for an Origin Broadband customer. As a specialist in the Content Design team, you'll work across a range of content from 1:1 onboarding and service eDMs, UX content for in
- app, online Help and Support content and future projects like chatbot integration. This is 12 month contract opportunity with a focus on our broadband service journeys with potential for a permanent position.

**Why this role maters**:

- Work directly with the broadband operations lead on discovery, define and implementation of new 1:1 and online journeys for broadband customers
- Audit existing content and plot out content journey maps
- Using insights and data, optimise service content to achieve key business goals
- Be the champion for customer experience and take ownership of ensuring our customers are getting the right information, at the right time and in the right format
- Work closely with our UX team to get a holistic view of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, recommended communication and content strategies, and understand and help shape in-app and online service experiences for Broadband
- Brief internal Design and Brand teams for digital asset creation, as well as external agencies when required for multimedia or other content assets

**What you will bring?**

We’re looking for a content designer or comms specialist ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll have a user-centred mindset and desire to make real change. We’re passionate about making essential services more accessible and affordable so that no customer is left behind, so a passion for social change is a big plus in our book.
- Preference will be given to those with a telco background
- Proven content design and creation experience.
- Experience in a UX / CX environment using design-centred thinking
- Exposure to different content research methodologies to inform content decisions.
- Skills across process and design tools such as; CMS, Asana, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Figma.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Customer advocacy and a pragmatic 'can-do' attitude.

**Desirable skills**:

- Knowledge of how to personalize and optimise content based on segmentation and data insights highly regarded.
- Experience working closely with legal and compliance team in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress or web page builds highly desirable.
