About the role
As Village Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of all day to day operations of the Village.
You will work with the residents of Ryde Retirement Village to provide case management and facilitate care and health services. You will also promote the wellbeing of residents and the health of the community in which they live.

About you
Extensive experience in facilitating positive outcomes for aged care recipients.
Demonstrated knowledge of the retirement village sector and associated legislation.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team.
Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under mínimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
Show an active commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
