Their structured programmes of volunteering, physical and skills-based challenges inspire, guide, and encourage young people to widen their experiences and learn new skills.

Located in Sydney’s CBD, close to public transport, you will be working in a fun, energetic team environment, that really makes a difference.

**About the role**:

- Performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including answering phone calls, taking messages, following up on action items
- Computer-based tasks, including being trained on Salesforce.
- Communicating and liaising effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Booking travel and accommodation for team members
- Simultaneously completing a Certificate III in Business
- Dispatching and collecting small parcels
- General office duties.

- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal presentation
- Friendly with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12-month traineeship
