**We are currently on the lookout for experienced leaders to join us as **Store Managers - Nedlands and surrounds.** This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take their leadership experience to the next level. Ideally, you will have experience guiding successful teams in a similar environment (retail, convenience and/or hospitality) and delivering on operational objectives to meet store targets. This is a full-time role, with opportunity to grow in a unique convenience retail space**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Guiding and coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence
- Putting customer service first, making every interaction personal
- Driving profitability and minimising costs, expenses and waste
- Managing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
- Must have previous management experience & full availability
