Jackaroo Paper Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Services Manager with experience in the paper industry, particularly in relation to the South African market. The role involves managing customer orders, monitoring product manufacturing progress, handling shipping documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer orders and stock call-offs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor product manufacturing and shipping progress, and maintain communication with customers.
- Oversee import logistics, including customs, quarantine, and shipping documentation.
- Develop a technical understanding of paper products, pricing structures, and supplier relationships.
- Provide analysis for inventory management, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in the paper industry, with in-depth knowledge of paper products and understanding of the South African market is essential.
- Experience in supply chain management
- Understanding and experience in Navision Accounting software
- Excellent management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet business goals.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
