Professional Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to work in the common area of Goldsborough Place Apartments, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am to 10am.

Main tasks includes:

- General cleaning of designated areas, e.g. dusting, wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal.
- Moving general waste and recycle bins from carpark to designated area for council bin collections.
- Using tools and equipment such as backpack vacuums and leave blower
- Cleaning of toilets
- If needed and mutually agreed upon, assist housekeepers in guest room cleaning

Our cleaners are the face of the property and play a pivotal role in delivering quality services to our residents and guests.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

- Cleaning experience -A strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team environment, and work collaboratively with teammates
- Excellent presentation
- Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
- Must have a good command of the English language and written skills for effective communication

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning or housecleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
