Professional Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team at Goldsborough Place Apartments. The main duty is common area cleaning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am to 10am. Depending on performance and experiences, there is a possibility to work with housekeeping supervisor on check-in/out housekeeping.

Main Tasks for Common Area Cleaning include:

- General cleaning of designated areas, e.g. dusting, wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal.
- Moving general waste and recycle bins from carpark to designated area for council bin collections.
- Using tools and equipment such as backpack vacuums and leaf blower
- Cleaning of common area toilets

Our cleaners are the face of the property and play a pivotal role in delivering quality services to our residents and guests.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

- Cleaning experience -A strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team environment, and work collaboratively with teammates
- Excellent presentation
- Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
- Must have a good command of the English language and written skills for effective communication
- ABN registered.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning or housecleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
