Are you a skilled kitchen designer looking for flexible work in a fast-growing company? We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented professional who understands cabinetry manufacturing and can assist clients with kitchen design, specification, and order troubleshooting.
What you’ll do:
- Run Zoom consultations to assist customers using our intuitive ordering software
- Troubleshoot jobs, make design adjustments, and resolve spec issues
- Oversee jobs from design all the way through to production and delivery
- Work closely with our director to help streamline operations and improve the customer journey
- Occasionally work from our Melbourne office when required (hybrid flexibility)
About you:
- Minimum 7 years experience in kitchen design or cabinetry
- Must have strong, hands-on knowledge of kitchen manufacturing processes
- Confident using Cabinetry.Online, SketchUp, and other relevant CAD tools
- You enjoy working autonomously, solving problems, and delivering high-end results
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in flat pack systems or with trade clients
