Digital Specialist

**Women & Leadership Australia is dedicated to developing women leaders and supporting the increased presence of women in business and community leadership roles. We are looking for **a Digital Specialist to take our web presence to the next level.**

This position will ensure our websites deliver an exceptional user experience, consistently communicate our brand identity and effectively engage our audiences, while supporting business strategy and marketing objectives.

Bringing together a data-driven approach and a marketing lens, this role advises on website best practice, engaging with internal stakeholders and external resources to ensure our websites are optimised to deliver results.

This part-time role is offered at 0.8FTE initially, with flexible working hours and work from home options.

**Working with the Marketing & Communications team, tasks and responsibilities include**:
Leading the development and implementation of the website strategy
- Ensuring refreshed brand identity is embedded across websites and digital touchpoints
- Improving user experience and journey to meet the needs of different user groups
- Developing website objectives and report on outcomes
- Enhancing website performance including traffic, SEO and ROI

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital or e-Commerce
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive lead acquisition and commercial value through effective website design, UX and functionality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
