**About the job**:

- Full-time, permanent opportunities exist for on both morning and afternoon shifts.
- Work 40 hours per week, mostly Monday to Friday with some Saturdays

**About you**:
You’ll have minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Halal qualified (or eligible) Slaughter person (with beef or red meat) as well as:

- Well-developed knife handling and technical skills, including knife sharpening
- Share our commitment to maintaining highest standards of animal welfare
- The ability to working safely at all times and follow policies, procedures, PPE & work instructions
- The ability to adhere to food safety and quality requirements
- The ability to safely fulfil the physical requirements of the role (through functional capacity assessment including drug and alcohol testing)
- Being a positive team player

You’ll need to demonstrate your ability to safely fulfil the physical requirements of the role (through functional capacity assessment including drug and alcohol testing) and participate in a skills assessment.
