**About the Role**
- Provide company with exclusive sales/marketing services and achievement of sales targets
- Generate & manage Leads and the CRM system proactively
- Networking with land developers and agents
- Ensure the display home and sales office is always professionally presentable.
- Manage the opening and closing of the display home

**About You**
- Must have Previous experience in a fast-paced Sales role.
- Be reliable, self-motivated, and able to provide a high standard of customer service
- Available to work on weekends
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- A current driver's license
