Nambour, Australia Iolar Operational Services Full time

Iolar Operational Services (IOS) is seeking to engage experienced individuals to operate plant and equipment at the Nambour Resource Recovery Centre located at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast. IOS will be managing and operating the resource recovery and bulk stockpile area of this site on behalf of Council.

**Preferred skills include**:

- Competency / ticket for an excavator and/or water truck and/or wheeled loader is required / desirable.
- Workplace Health and Safety knowledge and experience in the implementation of system requirements.
- Waste management experience desirable.
- Computer/tablet and mobile phone literate.
- Good customer service and experience with dealing with challenging situations.
- Willingness and capability to work outside and undertake labouring activities.

**Days of Work**: 4 on and 4 off or similar (site is open 7 days a week)

**Hours of Work**: up to 10 hours / day

**Pay Rates**:in accordance with the Waste Management Award and relevant classification.

**Fixed Term Contract**: 3 years (initially to 31st October 2026)

**Expected Start Date**: Immediate start

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.16 - $55.71 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Rotating roster
