**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will ensure the delivery of high quality services across our four Residential Care Facilities in the area of clinical care systems and processes, and the ANACC function. You will assist the General Manager Health and Aged Care Services to drive operational excellence, clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management whilst fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing the resident experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify ways to maximise efficiency of both people and operational resources through planning, communication and delivery of services.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality & Compliance Coordinator.
Support ongoing, and the development of new clinical education.
Develop and maintain key government and other relationships to support new business growth.
Manage the ANACC function.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for an experienced healthcare leader with strong operational experience within residential aged care. You will also possess the following:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Post Graduate qualifications or working towards.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated risk management experience.
- Experience in operational and financial management.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills.
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
