Our client is a well-established and growing valuations firm who is seeking an experienced Valuer to join their Rating & Taxation Team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
As a Rating & Tax Valuer, you will work across varied asset classes across the country.

Duties include:

- Client liaison & communications
- Comprehensive analysis of property sales
- Preparation of high-quality reports for disputes/ objections

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified valuer/ CPV with a hunger to learn and grow. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications/ education in property or valuations
- 2+ years of experience in valuations
- Experience in R&T a bonus, but open to various backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
