**About the Role**
Be part of the exciting journey of our brand-new, purpose-built Tallawong service, designed for 78 children across three beautiful learning rooms. We’re looking for a passionate Certificate III Educator to join our team and make a real impact in children’s lives every day.

As a valued team member, you’ll work closely with our Room Leaders and Centre Director, creating warm, engaging, and nurturing environments where children feel safe, curious, and inspired to learn.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in the daily care, routines, and learning experiences that shape each child’s growth and development.

**Responsibilities**
- Support educators and Room Leaders in delivering high-quality programs and practices.
- Help create fun, stimulating, and safe environments that encourage exploration and discovery.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of learning experiences.
- Champion children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
- Be an active team player who brings enthusiasm, care, and creativity to the classroom.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Child Protection training/certificate.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to thrive.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
