**Position Overview**
Join our purpose-built **Schofields** service, catering for **120 children across six beautiful learning rooms**. As a **Certificate III Assistant Educator**, you’ll support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality programs that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

**Responsibilities**

- Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences.

- Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.

- Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.

- Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.

- Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

- Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills

- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
