You will be responsible for developing, maintaining systems and training users to ensure the company's Integrated Management System is being implemented and is effective to ensure legal and compliance obligations are being met

**Role description**:

- Take the lead role in the development, implementation, continual improvement and compliance of their Integrated Management System.
- Coordinate with the QHSE Manager, lead external audits to demonstrate compliance and maintain accreditations
- Obtain and manage all relevant legislation, industry Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and other information relevant to Corporate, WHS, Quality and Environmental compliance
- Assist the Business Development & Estimating team by preparing Corporate and QHSE information for new Tenders and Expressions of Interest (EOI)
- Distribute all relevant Corporate, WHS, Quality and Environmental information to all company levels.
- Monitor and manage corporate and project statistics and records and provide relevant information for internal and external reporting
- Prepare Project Management Plans, develop, review and updates companies policies and procedures

**About you**:

- Knowledge of Commercial or mixed-use Construction projects up to $60M.
- Experience with system Procore and/or other Integrated Management Systems
- Previous experience delivering company inductions and providing systems and IT training to new employees
- Strong communications, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
