**About the position**

Each day will bring something different but key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Directly contributes to, and operationalises the Auto Special Orders Strategy, creating a market leading product offering in categories, ranging and omni-retail customer opportunity
- Contributes to the financial success of Auto through the continued growth and maturity of the Special Orders Program.
- Support ‘best-in-category’ pricing and promotion opportunities in Special Orders
- Seek to optimise key technologies for the Merchandising Special Orders requirements, and manage any relevant business systems
- Create visibility and trust in the Special Orders program

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:

- Experience operating within Merchandising strategy, product, market, price drivers and share of wallet
- Strong experience in Merchandising, preferably with experience in automotive, tools, FMCG or other multicategory product portfolios
- Omni retailing experience, ideally true omni, but as a minimum, online and store based retail
- Working with broad stakeholder groups, including Trade Partners, retailing brands and managers and merchandising teams
- Tertiary qualification in a Business discipline, preferably experience in Commercial, Finance or International Business Undergraduate
- Certification or industry/occupational experience in working with data and business commercial data
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
