**About The Role**:
Micromine’s Training Team is looking to fill a new role, Content Creator. The person filling the role will produce creative and engaging video content, with the primary objective of building Micromine’s training offerings across its mining products. The role involves working alongside technical specialists to build coherent instructional material for new development features in the products.

**About You**:
You will have a strong interest in training content creation and excellent communication skills (including video editing). You will have an understanding of training methods and strategies.

- Experienced and passionate about technical digital content.
- Collaborative in their working style, and able to learn new concepts quickly.

**Skills and experience required for the role include**:

- Specialist knowledge and experience in digital and multimedia content development and communications.
- Demonstrated experience and success in the development, production, and evaluation of technical digital collateral.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively.
- Ability and experience in working with a team to produce high-level, integrated training content.
- Experience working with technical software.
