In partnership with a leading education provider,
Emanate Technology
is looking for a
Content Creator
to join a transformational program shaping the future of education. This role is perfect for a creative professional with a strong grasp of instructional design, digital content creation, and a passion for improving learning experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Scoping engaging, inclusive content to align with curriculum and strategy
  • Creating multimedia resources including videos, infographics, and interactive modules
  • Producing high-quality media assets through scripting, editing, and post-production
  • Reviewing and refining content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Monitoring engagement and iterating content based on data and user feedback
  • Aligning content with brand voice, mission, and tone across platforms
  • Partnering with educators, data analysts, and technical experts to meet program goals
  • Leveraging digital tools and platforms to deliver accessible learning content
  • Ensuring compliance with WCAG and accessibility standards
  • Staying up to date with trends and best practices in educational design

What you need to bring

  • Experience delivering curriculum-aligned resources and digital learning content
  • Knowledge of ACARA, QCAA, NAPLAN and instructional design principles
  • Proficiency using Canva Pro, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Strong communication skills to explain concepts clearly and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to connect with educators, students, and families with empathy
  • Capability to work autonomously with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements and inclusive design standards
  • Awareness of contemporary classroom practices and school operations

Bonus points for…

  • Experience delivering P–12 content across multiple learning styles and delivery formats
  • Exposure to producing podcasts, animations, or simulations for education
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches in content development
  • Knowledge of strategic alignment of content with organisational goals

Important to know

  • You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
  • You must have the ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
  • You must hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children
