**Internal Sales Assistant - Security Wholesaler**

We’re looking for a motivated **Sales Assistant** to join our growing team

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, assisting trade customers, and being part of a friendly, supportive workplace.

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for providing **exceptional customer service** to our trade customers at the counter and over the phone.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting our Sales’s order picking and packing
- Processing counter and phone sales
- Assisting our stock management
- Assisting Stock Serial Number into System
- Helping and organising courier pickup
- Providing product knowledge and advice
- Assisting in maintaining stock levels and store presentation
- Helping with deliveries as required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Great customer service and communication skills
- A professional, team-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A sense of humor and a professional presentation

**Experience in the following will be highly regarded**:

- Security Products / Networking Products
- IT background
- Previous store or counter sales experience
- Fluent English
- Australia Citizen
- Long term

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
