Leverage your data analysis skills to drive business improvements and support our State Manager and Performance Leads in meeting key state targets. Your expertise in budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring will be instrumental in shaping our state's success.
Make a significant impact with your commercial acumen and analytical prowess
**Your Impact**:
As a key member of the State Leadership Team, you'll drive strategy development, business planning, and end-of-year analysis through budgeting, forecasting, and presenting business cases. You'll review performance data, provide strategic inisghts, and ensure the state meets all required targets.
You'll lead the state's annual performance and budget planning, contribute to property recommendations, and support national initiatives. Additionally, you'll offer commercial support and business acumen training to centres, assist with strategic projects, and drive continuous improvements through marketing strategies and root cause analysis.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
A relevant tertiary, business-related qualifiction or similar
Demonstrated experience managing business processes or projects with multiple stakeholders
Business management experience in a line or centre-based role in multi-site or occupancy driven operations, e.g., Retail, Hospitality, Childcare etc. (desirable)
Highly advanced excel and financial modelling skills
SAP BI and Webi experience desirable but not essential
Ability to collaborate and influence various stakeholders from across the business to drive an outcome through great communication and high attention to detail.
Valid Working with Children Check Card (relevant to state or territory)
