**About You**:
As our 4WD Training Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch training services. Here's a glimpse of your exciting role:

- Planning and executing quality 4WD training sessions, both on-site and within our state-of-the-art facilities.
- Sharing your love for 4WD adventures by delivering engaging and informative training aligned with relevant units of competency.
- Assessing the competency of trainees against specific 4WD-related units of competency.
- Crafting flexible learning and assessment strategies to cater to the unique needs of 4WD enthusiasts.
- Leveraging your hands-on experience as a 4WD expert to contribute valuable insights for ongoing training resource development.
- Playing a hands-on role in maintaining our facilities and equipment associated with 4WD training.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
To be our ideal 4WD Trainer, you should:

- Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116).
- Bring your extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in the world of 4WD adventures.
- Showcase recent work experience related to 4WD training (within the last 2 years).
- Demonstrate your expertise in 4WD-related units of competency.
- Embrace the physical demands of an active role in 4WD training.
- Be enthusiastic about contributing to ongoing Vocational Education & Training in the 4WD domain.
- Approach pre-employment and ongoing medical and drug tests with confidence.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
