We pride ourselves in being recognized as the destination for the most unique and rare eyewear for our customers. We specialize in fitting our clients with handmade and artisanal eyewear whilst supporting emerging eyewear designers around the globe. We back our offering with the latest in eye examination technology and clinical optical health services.

**Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities
- Be able to use your previous customer service experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Provide your fashion expertise to help patients choose frames that not only meet their needs/desires, but also look amazing
- Willing to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and fashions (e.g. frames, sunglasses, contact lens and accessories)
- Have experience with, or be willing to be trained, in standard optical workshop procedures and technologies
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Previous customer service experience in the optical industry or a similar industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Energy and enthusiasm, great can-do attitude, happy to work in a team environment & be comfortable with change
- The ability to learn quickly
- We value our Team and their input, so initiative is also important
- Love great design and have a solid interest in learning more and more
- Well-presented with an excellent sense of fashion
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work Saturdays and across both of our stores (James Street and City)
