AXL+ Co by CONNOR is looking for the next leader for our new Werribee store, which is coming soon
**OPPORTUNITY**:

- AXL + CO by Connor is a brand-new menswear business that opened its first stores in NSW just over a year ago and is expanding rapidly.
- We are looking for Leaders who will be required to get involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO by Connor brand.
- This includes front-of-house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing your team, and visual merchandising, Managing wages etc.
- This really is a Store Manager's Dream This role has everything you need to feel empowered and motivated, and all roads lead to success and progression.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of fashion retail management experience.
- You are confident, authentic, down to earth and Fun
- Experience managing a team of more than 3.
- Sound Customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations.
- Be analytical and can identify store opportunities.
- Have a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales.
- Can lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
- Work with others and alone, as this is the nature of the roster.
