About the role

As a Credit Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving debt reduction outcomes and improving customer experience through strategic initiatives and campaign delivery. You’ll work within a high-performing team that values experimentation, process improvement, data-driven decision-making and process governance.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute credit initiatives using AGL’s structured CICO delivery model.- Conduct current and future state assessments, risk analysis, and solution development.- Build business cases and track benefits post-delivery.- Deliver uplift in collections outcomes via campaign execution.- Provide expert advice on process improvement and stakeholder engagement.- Monitor performance and quality across internal and external delivery partners.- Development of documentation and governance controls on initiatives- Support capability growth within the Collections Optimisation team.

What You’ll Bring- Experience in credit analytics and insight-driven program delivery.- Experience in delivering structured process improvements- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end initiatives.- Risk analysis and decision-making expertise.
