**What You Will Do**

You will work closely with users of our systems (growers, service partners and agronomists) and be the conduit to the Product/Applications Manager in developing and validating new algorithms, ensuring that we respond on time to development objectives.

More specifically, you will be responsible for data gathering and experimentation operations in your area of Australia. In addition you will handle a substantive project during the off-season period.

In short, you will be the main point of contact of our algorithms in terms of field action and therefore, customer satisfaction. You’ll be involved in:

- Ensure quick and efficient processing of collected data: Manage the post data collection and transfer in order to optimize its use by the AI team. Report details observed in fields that may be of interest and improve product development.
- Experimentation management during system use: Implement, manage and follow-up experimentation
- Customer satisfaction: build strong networks with clients and partners to promote our products and image within the industry
- Design and manage substantive projects (to be defined in conjunction with company objectives and aligned with your interests)

**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**
- You hold an agriculture/agronomic degree and you are passionate about agtech. Knowledge in broadacre is a great bonus.
- You are very organized and have the ability to adapt to all kinds of situations, whether at the office or in the field.
- You will work alone for large portions during the operational process. You must work well in an autonomous setting and are rigorous with the process.
- You are comfortable with spending a lot of time on the road and in the field, you enjoy discussing the product with farmers and collecting feedback.

**About Your Location**:
You’ll be based in Perth, WA and can work hybrid from our office location in Stirling. Our position requires frequent travel on average ranging from 25% in the low season up to 80% in peak season where you’ll travel to end user locations across VIC/QLD/NSW/SA. (Driver’s license /valid passport is required).
