We also have a strong focus on innovative product development that increases work volumes, create efficiencies and reduces travel. In Southeast Queensland some of these have already been developed and implemented and we are seeing the benefits

We have multiple CPV positions available in Brisbane CBD, Brisbane North and Logan areas.

About the Role

The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner.

Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications

CPV status

Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills

Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication

Team first mentality
