About the Role

This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day to day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. The position is based in Bayside Brisbane, with flexible working arrangements.

You will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

About You

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space.
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
