We are looking for enthusiastic female Workers in and around Glenroy Vic, who are passionate about making a difference. You will be required to assist clients with support in their home and support their need for independence as well as accessing the wider community. As a support worker you will assist our clients to build their capacity and direct them to achieve their goals which may include goals that work toward obtaining and maintaining employment.

We are looking for applicants who:

- Positive Attitude
- Have a current driver's license and a means of transportation (**driving is essential in this role**)
- Have experience with disability care or Aged care
- Have excellent verbal and written skills
- Have a detailed approach to keeping records
- Have a working with children's check, NDIS check and police check or willing to obtain
