**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer you will strategically lead Identity and Access Governance for Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) and tactically deliver the overall Identity and Access Management framework, ensuring that the model continues to meet enterprise and regulatory standards. The role provides identity and access governance guidance and advice to business units, strategic projects, and programs of work across the organisation and coordinates activities to tactically deliver the identity and access governance program.

**Other key aspects of the role**:

- Lead the framework for identifying and assessing identity and access risks that may impact the reputation, security, and financial prosperity of AAL and also acts as an SME and thought leader amongst the organisational entities across the Group.
- Prepare Management and Board reporting. Develop and maintain of Cyber Security, Protection & Resilience dashboards for internal, Management and Board reporting.
- Present regular identity and access governance analysis and reports that detail compliance to the security framework and standards, incorporating policies, procedures, maturity models, plans, metrics, and scorecards for the program.
- Collaborate with our Global Cyber Security community, liaise effectively with IT and security operations teams and act as the AAL representative on Allianz SE led initiatives and working groups that focus on identity and access management.
- Act as a single point of contact for project managers, sponsors, entities, internal and external teams and suppliers as required, to ensure that identity & access related matters are adequately addressed by the right SMEs.

**Important to your success**:

- Deep experience in an identity governance or identity & access management role for a complex, matrixed organisation, or consulting to the financial services industry. Experience with IAM and PAM products.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Working knowledge and understanding of OneID and ForgeRock ideal
- Tertiary qualifications (preferred) in a business, commerce, IT, security, or other relevant discipline. Hold relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA SCF, TOGAF, CCSP or equivalent.
