**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure all work practices are performed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure all established workplace rules, organisational policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure stock is handled effectively to meet deadlines for client orders.
- Safe and efficient loading/unloading of fleet vehicles and transporters.
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service to the client base.
- Pick packing, dispatching warehouse operations, receipting of goods (in & out) and replenishing bays.
- Review quality and accuracy of orders prior to dispatch.
- Handle all stock with care to reduce the chance of potential damages.
- Provide support to the Inventory Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor with stocktaking and cycle counting.
- Contribute to toolbox talks to communicate any issues regarding staff, process, product or safety and to delegate warehousing activities.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Hold a valid Forklift License.
- Exposure to RF Scanner or experience within a WMS environment.
- Experience working in FMCG or Food Production Business will be highly regarded.
- Hold a dedicated commitment to occupational health and safety and promoting a zero-harm culture.
- Capable of following detailed instruction and standard operating procedures.
- Outstanding communicational skills.
- Respectful with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Hold a keen eye for details.
- Intermediate to advanced numeracy skills.
