Looking for a tree change ? McDonald’s Young NSW is looking for Full time experienced Managers to join their team. These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous McDonald’s Management experience who are focused on the delivery of McDonald's Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way

Duties and Responsibilities:
Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work
- Daily Stock control
- Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
- Set goals and action plans for the Shift
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
- Ability to achieve financial budgets
- Conduct structured training and mentoring for crew members
- Complete reporting for sales, service and safety

Skills and Experience
- Ability to demonstrate results/performance
- The ability to train and develop team members
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach
- Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
- A focus on policies and procedures
- A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
- Attention to detail
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and have access to a car
- Relevant qualification in business, management or a related field
- At least two years relevant experience

Pay: $73,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
