Create an impact as a **Digital Analytics Analyst.**
**Your Role**
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to utilise digital analytics to enable consistent reporting, better understanding of customer behaviour and inform digital product development and optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging digital analytics expertise to enhance data and reporting roadmaps for better alignment and faster delivery, while supporting digital customer experience teams and aiding marketing and distribution.
- Maintaining an overview of digital performance in relation to operational and portfolio metrics, contributing to tagging requirements, and aligning reporting to integrate key digital metrics into broader performance reporting.
- Collaborating with business units and technical teams to address their needs, fostering connections through team rituals to promote a positive culture and enhance business and analytical skills.
- Maintaining advanced data analytics standards and defining success metrics for business initiatives in line with best practices in analytics.
**About You**
- Prior experience in digital analytics
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Ability to synthesise data and information, linking to digital customer experience to produce actionable business insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Statistics / Analytics, Finance or related field.
