About us:
CULTIVAR HEALTH was founded in 2019 and has rode the storm through the pandemic to emerge out the other side stronger and with a bustling community of 120+ members Our members are from all walks of life - young and old, experienced and inexperienced, competitive and non-competitive - and we are extremely proud to be LGBTQIA+ inclusive. We've helped hundreds of busy people from West End and the surrounding areas to regain life balance, build strength, live pain-free and look and feel their best ever.
We are a CrossFit affiliate aiming to provide the best evidence-based training through PT, small group coaching and nutrition coaching. Education and community are two of our highest values - and we live by that every day.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic coach who is able to lead and inspire our community in their training. You’ll primarily coach our growing group of aspiring athletes, looking to improve their skills, strength and fitness in line with qualifying for the CrossFit Games You will also coach small group classes of 10-15, and there may also be an opportunity to deliver exceptional personal training sessions to these members as well. We are looking for a permanent, full-time Head CrossFit Coach, with 38 hours per week available + optional extra contractor hours. This will also include benefits such as super and leave.
About you:
- CrossFit Level 2 or above
- 3+ years CrossFit coaching experience
- Management experience
- Customer service experience
You are available to work morning, midday and/or evening shifts (our athlete training and class hours range between 5am and 8pm Mon - Fri, Saturday 6-9)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for learning and ongoing development
- You have a can-do approach. You’re motivated to continually improve.
- Unique ability to motivate, inspire and connect with others
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- You are people-focused and authentic. You know how to deliver meaningful coaching sessions.
- You love motivating members to experience physical and mental breakthrough moments.
